We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to contact qualified leads, engage them in meaningful conversations about our home surveying services, and convert them into satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion: Engage potential clients via phone calls and other channels to introduce and explain our home surveying services.
2. Sales Process: Follow a structured sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for the client to the operations team.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home surveying services, industry standards, and value propositions to communicate confidently and effectively.
4. CRM Management: Log all interactions in the CRM system, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and track progress against targets.
5. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with warm leads, handle objections, and provide any necessary additional information to move prospects through the sales funnel.
6. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales-focused role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Persuasive with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
4. Ability to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
5. Proficient with CRM software (Pipedrive) and Microsoft 365.
6. Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and follow-up.
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
