Role: Ecommerce Manager
Location: Leicestershire (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
The role:
We are looking for someone experienced with Shopify to help manage and improve global online store operations. A data-driven thinker who enjoys problem-solving, strategy, and sustainability would be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:
* Maintain and enhance Shopify Plus performance
* Shape and implement eCommerce growth strategies
* Oversee SEO, PPC, email, and social media
* Improve UX, navigation, functionality, and checkout process
* Track trends, measure KPIs, and adjust plans
* Stock & Orders: Work with logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment
* Innovate and keep up with trends to improve site efficiency
* A/B testing to increase engagement through testing and optimisation
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years eCommerce experience, ideally global operations
* Shopify expertise—knows platform, apps, and integrations
* Digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, PPC, and email
* Analytical skills, using data for strategy adjustments
* Project management skills, handling multiple priorities
