This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading pharmaceutical company. Your role is to drive sales in primary care. To achieve this, you will be responsible for creating and executing a territory business plan focused on generating sales across the specified territory.
You will act as the single point of contact for the customer, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet their needs, increasing company revenues through promotion of the Respiratory Portfolio, in accordance with the UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans.
Responsibilities
1. Be the single point of contact for the customer, guiding them to key functions e.g. education, medical support, co-creation partnerships, value-added opportunities.
2. Be an Ambassador for Voice of the Customer (listen, learn, and act by responding to customer needs and feedback).
3. Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices.
4. Develop customer partnerships, enabling them to be a respiratory partner of choice.
5. Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilizing customer insights.
6. Empathize with customers and recognize their challenges and work to support appropriate co-created solutions, e.g. collaboration opportunities including service offerings, co-created projects, and medical education.
7. Deliver KPIs, including (but not limited to) Sales, NPS, Project Delivery, Customer Satisfaction.
Client is a research-based pharmaceutical company with experienced field-based teams across the UK, with a strong code of ethics and conduct and a commitment to ethical and social responsibility. They have medicines within Cardiovascular, Neonatal, Transplantation, and Respiratory.
Qualifications
* ABPI Qualified
* Full UK Drivers Licence
Personal Experience Required
* Experience of working in a pharmaceutical sales role.
* Proven track record of sales success in Primary Care.
* Thorough understanding of the NHS environment and customer priorities.
* Knowledge and experience of designated territory and customers.
* Clinical and market knowledge ideally within the Respiratory therapy area.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Business planning skills.
* Selling skills and presentation skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term relationships across the key customer groups.
* Effective territory planning skills through Key Account Management.
