P&G Professional is a leading manufacturer and marketer of away from home products, using the innovative technology behind global brands like Flash, Fairy and Ariel. We produce and sell cleaning and laundry products targeting professional end users in the Hospitality, Health Care, and Restaurants industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team to lead the sales of our P&G Professional range to professional end users in the Hospitality, Health Care, and Restaurant industry in the South West area including Southern Wales territory.
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Grow the P&G business within your geographical territory by selling our professional product line to end-users in the focus areas of Hospitality, Healthcare, and Restaurants.
2. Develop business building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts, leading and executing those ideas into reality.
3. Market our professional range of products to enable our customers to understand how their superiority meets their consumers’ needs.
4. Support and collaborate with local distributors in the Food & Janitorial industries.
5. Lead from the front: understand customer’s commercial needs and envision them in building opportunities.
This is a field sales role, you will be location-free but your territory will cover the South West including Southern Wales territory.

Job Qualifications:
1. We are looking for individuals who are leaders and have a real passion for building customer relationships.
2. We are seeking analytical thinkers and problem solvers, as well as excellent communicators.
3. Previous sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales management.
4. Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, distribution, cleaning or janitorial industry will be an advantage, but not essential.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
6. A valid and full UK driver’s licence.
