Support Worker
Location: Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne
Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw) on a 4-week rota basis, including evening and weekend shifts.
Salary: Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) with great benefits, including a Health Cash Plan.

Typical Day
* Assist customers with practical daily tasks to promote independence, such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation.
* Support 16-24-year-olds in an OFSTED-registered service.
* Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
* Build rapport through chats and catch-ups, working collaboratively with colleagues.

Job Details
* Flexible start/finish times to meet customer needs.
* Work on a 4-week rota, 37.5 hours/week: 08:00-16:00, 14:30-22:30, or 10:00-18:00 shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Regular daytime team meetings and training, with some lone working.
* Use technology for updating support plans, online learning, and collaboration.
* Enhanced DBS check required; paid for by us.
