HR Generalist - Boutique Financial Services
Our client is a highly reputable boutique financial services company seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage their HR functions. This standalone role is part-time, requiring commitment of 3 days a week, and is ideal for a highly self-motivated individual.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
2. Manage the entire recruitment process: creating job descriptions with hiring managers, benchmarking salaries, advertising roles, interviewing candidates, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
3. Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
4. Lead graduate recruitment campaigns and build strong relationships with educational institutions.
5. Provide support, guidance, and advice to line managers on HR and recruitment matters in a professional and timely manner.
6. Utilize HRIS systems and possess advanced Excel skills; demonstrate tech savviness.
Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum of 4+ years experience in a similar HR role.
2. Experience in recruitment, including interviewing, direct sourcing, and pipelining candidates.
3. CIPD qualification.
4. Previous experience managing the entire HR function in a standalone capacity.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
