Project Manager
Location: Hessle, Hull
Schedule: Mon - Friday (25% travel to support project execution, globally)
Salary: £50K - £70K annually DOE

The Role:
Under general direction, the Project Manager is responsible for applying knowledge and experience gained in managing multiple projects including process engineering, general design, project management, startup, and inspection; ensuring accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide project management efforts from conception through final startup of multiple projects by meeting contract timelines, tracking and minimizing project costs, assuring proper design and purchase of equipment, checking drawings, and having thorough documentation.
2. Travel as required to support project execution. Provide technical, field assistance and/or training for customers in maintenance, installation, startup, and operation of Preparation and connected processes.
3. Perform various engineering calculations and analyses related to process design and equipment sizing and selection.
4. Provide engineering support to customers, and to the Sales, R&D, and Aftermarket teams for the Preparation processes.
5. Respond to requests and work integrally with internal and external customers to provide efficient designs to meet project requirements.
6. As required and as assigned, perform the functions of equipment design and fabrication drawing generation.
7. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
About You:
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 0-3 years related experience.
3. Proficient in project scheduling, tracking and reporting.
4. Experience in Process Flow Diagram and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram creation.
5. Knowledge in Plant Process design, layout, and sizing.
6. Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical and commercial contracts.
7. Fluent in English; ability to communicate in a second language (European or Asian languages) preferred but not required.
8. Required knowledge in AutoCAD; preferred knowledge in Autodesk Inventor, CAD Vault.
9. Ability to travel on an as-needed basis - domestically or internationally up to 25% of the time, in office and industrial plant environments.
10. Capable of self-managing projects and setting priorities. Takes initiative to manage multiple overlapping projects throughout varying execution timelines.
