Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfilment Associate to join our warehouse team on a Full-Time basis. This hands-on role involves accurately fulfilling retail orders, efficiently managing customer enquiries, and assisting with any design and marketing requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately fulfil customer orders, packing orders to a high standard including gift wrapping
· Coordinate order shipments with courier companies ensuring timely dispatch.
· Process returns efficiently, organising items back into the stockroom.
· Maintain accurate stock levels on Shopify and perform quarterly stock counts.
· Keep the stockroom clean and organised.
· Coordinate with the Retail team to replenish stock as needed
· Order necessary supplies for packaging.
· Create operational systems to optimise efficiency
· Handle customer queries effectively
· Assist the design team with Marketing collateral
· Provide general admin support to Retail operations
· Assist with rental operations in the warehouse, including fulfilling rental orders, including packing items to high standards, inspecting for damage or faults before packing – perform quality control
· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management, including ad-hoc tasks that arise during busy periods
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment

· Previous gift-wrapping experience (desirable)
· IT competent, ideally with some experience of Shopify
