At a glance: Location: Cirencester Office Workplace Type: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent Seniority: Mid-Senior Level Key Responsibilities: Lead communication on Partner Finance policies, succession planning, and structuring guidance to Partners, Field Managers, PDMs, and Heads of Location within the designated HuB. Work with Heads of Location, Operations, Acquisition, Academy, and Transition teams to ensure finance policies are integrated into decision-making and business transactions. Identify and assist Partners with financing needs, providing initial consultation, policy education, financial review, and guidance on lending applications for business sales and purchases. Engage specialists from Partner Finance, Legal, Tax, Accountancy, and Partnership Accounts as needed to support transactions and financial structuring. Support complex transactions, assist buyers and sellers, and manage Partner financing throughout the loan lifecycle. Act as a triage point for credit committee approvals. Monitor and manage out-of-policy lending, oversee the existing loan book, and implement corrective actions to reduce delinquent loans and improve lending quality. Advise Partners on business development, restructuring, and client service strategies to maximize financial and operational outcomes. Maintain a list of buyers and sellers, collaborating with leadership teams to facilitate optimal business transitions. Lead area-specific finance initiatives, deliver Partner Finance training, and support the development of the Partner Finance proposition. concierge-style support to high-profile Partners facing financial, operational, or administrative challenges. Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in company structures, tax, legal matters, and financial services. Strong understanding of Partner business operations and their financial needs. Deep knowledge of Partner Finance processes (payments, loans, business transactions) and ability to implement procedural changes. Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders with confidence and credibility. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex financial topics into clear messages. Ability to resolve disputes, drive initiatives, and influence behaviours to create lasting change. Calm under pressure, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development.
