EXPECTATIONS:
* 12+ months in recruitment/12+ months in proactive sales OR a graduate degree Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
* Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience Strong negotiation skills
* Proficient mathematical capability

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across the AI/Tech/Pharmaceutical sector
* Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process
* Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
