What you'll do: The post holder will work as part of a flexible team providing a high-quality catering service. Responsible for the planning, organisation and preparation of meals in line with customer requirements Develop menus and recipes in line with customer requirements Responsible for ensuring allergen information is controlled and displayed at all times. Responsibility for ensuring the Food Safety Management System is followed at all times. Recording of food temperatures in line with RFM food policy Ensure observance of safety regulations and procedures as issued What you'll need: With Chef level experience in a busy catering environment, you’ll be a true team player and share the highest standards in cleanliness, food safety and hygiene. You will have experience of working in a catering or hospitality environment and good interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with members of the public and staff. You will have experience in catering and food preparation, and have Food Hygiene level 2 (minimum). You will have strong communication, interpersonal skills and be able to work on own initiative.
