About the Opportunity: We are looking for a talented, creative, driven, and dedicated Marketing Manager who can own the Marketing calendar and execute impactful Marketing campaigns. You will be involved in all aspects of the Marketing mix – including brand campaigns, local Marketing initiatives and POS, plus digital touchpoints such as our website and CRM. This is a hybrid role based out of our Soho office (min. 3 days per week in the office) with travel required to visit our restaurants regularly. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage a Marketing Coordinator and work closely with our Social Content Creator. This is a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious plans with lots of potential to shape the evolution of the brand. What You Will Do: Develop and execute Marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration and revenue growth Be responsible for executing the Marketing calendar ensuring campaigns and initiatives land on time, on budget and with impact Be the brand guardian of all touchpoints & comms including in-restaurant, CRM and PR in ensuring everything is in line with our brand guidelines and values Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in key business functions such as Operations, Procurement and Finance Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator Support restaurant teams in maximising opportunities locally Take the lead on new restaurant openings, overseeing all activities for launch and liaise with third parties to launch brilliantly in the local community About you: We’d love to speak to you if you have worked in a multisite business as a Marketing Manager in the Hospitality, Retail or QSR industry You will have solid brand building experiences - creativity is key, we want you to push the boundaries trying new and unexpected marketing activities whilst being able to protect the core essence of the brand You’ll need to be commercially savvy with an understanding of both the long- and short-term tactics to grow the business and protect our brand values You will have experience using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, WordPress and Google Analytics You’ll be highly planned and organised with excellent attention to detail, being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously You will have a can-do attitude with a proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently A passion for food and for the Hospitality industry is a must, you’ll need to keep up to date with the latest industry knowledge and take inspiration from others What you’ll get: Company Pension Discretionary Bonus Hybrid working – which for us is 3 days in our Soho office Group Life Insurance 20 Days Holiday Critical Illness Cover AXA Employee Assistance Programme 25% off Food & Drink
