The Customer Service Support Executive is a key role engaging with prospective and existing customers delivering a high level of customer service. Benefits Full time Monday – Friday 9-5.30pm / 1 Saturday per month 10-4pm ( paid at time and a half) Salary circa £24,400 (including base pay £23K Saturday enhanced pay) Plus bonus - OTE £26,000 - £27,000 Christmas bonus Permanent position 28 days holiday inc bank holidays On site parking Pension scheme Gym discount Full paid socials Responsibilities Dealing with inbound calls to engage with customers existing and prospective Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up and customers who have already expressed an interest Work proactively in order to maximise brand reputation and sales revenue through effective conversations Maximise up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to existing customers Effectively handle inbound customer enquiries and pro-actively respond and provide solutions Be competent in handling difficult conversations while working in line with the Company Complaints procedure, recording and escalating feedback where necessary Good communication skills are essential, you will have a great understanding of how to apply personality, empathy and professionalism into every call. Be confident and competent in working in a target driven environment, demonstrating ambition to achieve your targets and resilience where needed. Qualifications Great communication and customer service skills Previous experience of working within a sales environment would be an advantage Great organisation and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently Positive can-do attitude You may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
