RG consultancy are pleased to be working with a fantastic growing company based local to Ossett, West Yorkshire, who are looking for a transnational accounts assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a vibrant, friendly company looking for an enthusiastic accounts assistant to join the finance team.
This role reports to the financial controller and will be responsible for the following:
1. Processing high volume purchase invoices
2. Matching and coding invoices
3. BACs payment runs
4. Reconcile supplier statements
5. Raising invoices
6. Chasing debt via telephone, email, and letter
7. Credit card reconciliations
8. Bank reconciliations
9. Assist with VAT returns
10. Other adhoc administrative duties
