Customer Service Representative & Account Coordinator to work in Dungannon, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Manage business customers, process sales orders via an IT system, and support enquiries. No sales or cold calling, all existing key accounts. Training provided & career progression exists, previous sales admin, order processing or office customer service experience required.
Responsibilities:
* Answering calls and emails from business customers to process their orders.
* Support customers with general enquiries around stock availability, lead times for delivery, and invoice queries.
* Create orders on the IT system for warehouse staff to dispatch, report on key accounts, conduct stock adjustments, and process exchanges.
* Ensure all customer service agreements are being followed to ensure excellent service.
* Multi-tasking, problem-solving and using initiative to solve customer issues, with ongoing support from the team & manager.
Requirements:
* Office based Customer Service experience or similar, processing sales orders & providing great customer care to clients.
* Professional and friendly attitude, providing support via calls and email.
* Ability to prioritise and manage your daily workload and strong attention to detail.
* Able to work well in a team, or independently.
* Working knowledge of Word & Excel and willing to learn the in-house IT system.
* GCSEs (minimum of 4 at grade C or above, including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience.
