What is the Programme?
It's for 2 years. As a Corporate Affairs Graduate you will be involved in a programme that consists of rotational placements, providing an opportunity to be a part of a variety of projects. Working as part of a team that works together to protect and enhance Gatwick's reputation and helps plan and deliver sustainable growth of the airport in the long term.
This role will work on delivering excellent external engagement and communications activity; research and analysis; and support the delivery of projects and events.

Do you have what we're looking for?
* Achieved or predicted 2:1 grade in a relevant discipline (Graduated 2024 or projected for 2025).
* IT literate including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
* Good presentation skills.
* Ability to prioritise.
* Analytical skills - to analyse data and research findings to translate into easy to simple language.
* Ability to build good relationships.
* Strong thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work at pace.
* Strong Communication skills.
* Team working - you'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates.

Selection Process
1. An online application that will involve a CV - closing date 7th November 2024.
2. Online assessments to demonstrate your strengths and the necessary behaviours to be successful.
3. If successful a virtual 1st stage screening call.
4. An assessment centre with group and individual activities as well as a behaviour-based interview with the opportunity to meet managers and explore the airport.
