Our client is a leading designer and producer of a range of varied products. Currently based in Houghton Regis, they have impressive plans for the future of their company. This position will see you responsible for all sales administration involved in the order processing side of the business, with future opportunities to progress into other areas.
This role is a fully office-based permanent full-time position working from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The salary on offer will be between £25k - £28k (depending on experience), and our client offers a number of attractive benefits including 25 days holiday, an annual performance bonus, and company incentives such as a monthly office BBQ and team outings to London.

Duties:
1. Manage inbound calls and online enquiries.
2. Raise quotations when requested, ensuring customers are informed of prices, stock availability, and delivery dates.
3. Process incoming orders and manage stock levels in the warehouse.
4. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
5. Ensure accurate information is used so orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, both domestically and overseas.
6. Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure goods are manufactured and delivered as required.
7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and the external sales team through open and collaborative communication.
8. Meet personal and team KPIs and targets.
9. Be responsible for administration on the company's in-house systems (CRM) and supplier portals.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, with strong phone contact handling and active listening.
2. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
4. Order-processing experience would be desirable.
5. Ensure a high level of organisation.
6. Highly computer literate and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
7. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. A strong team player.
9. Flexible and keen to learn.
