Job Description: Senior Facilities Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for ACS International School's Facilities operations, focusing on Egham and Hillingdon campuses, leading the Facilities team and support partners to ensure efficient facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development and management of campus facilities to meet the organisation's current and future needs.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and a sound balance of best value and practice.
* Manage significant operational and capital budgets.
* Project manage large developments with values over £1m.
About You:
* Enthusiastic, inspiring and inclusive leader with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating facilities teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent ACS to external parties and interface with internal partners, staff, consultants, and contractors.
* Commercially astute with experience of managing budgets and possessing a NEBOSH qualification in addition to your RICS, IWFM or other relevant built environment related qualification.
