We have a great opportunity for a Student Veterinary Nurse to join our close-knit and supportive team. Our nurses primarily work between our 2 larger sites in Alton and Bordon. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all areas of veterinary nursing. You will assist in consultations, surgeries, and inpatient care, under supervision from our team.
Our Practices
We are a very well-established, 100% small animal RCVS accredited practice. We are located right next to the beautiful South Downs National Park and less than 1 hour from the coast. There is easy access to London via train and all our sites are within an hour's drive of Gatwick and Heathrow airport. We have three surgeries serving the communities around Alton, Bordon, and Grayshott. We continually strive for excellence in management, medicine, surgery, and diagnostics. We believe in a service that enriches and lengthens the special relationship between people and their pets.
Both our Alton and Bordon clinics are well equipped to allow surgical work, case work ups, and hospitalisation of patients.
The facilities include:
1. Separate cat and dog wards
2. Excellent ultrasound equipment including cardiac probes
3. Idexx VetLab stations for same-day haematology, biochemistry, and electrolytes
4. Digital radiography
5. High-speed dental handpieces and digital dental radiography at Bordon
6. Dedicated theatres for surgical work
Grayshott is our smallest clinic, based in the centre of a picturesque village. We currently only offer consultations at our Grayshott practice.
