The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role. Main Duties Include: Drive sales and financial targets Develop a successful sales team through effective coaching and performance management. Generate sales plans and budgets to include new/used vehicles Deliver exceptional customer service Work with the Group and Brand managers to formulate policies and procedures to increase sales of new/used vehicles To help the retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control Communicate and interact with other departments within the business to determine how sales and profit performance improvements can be made Manage the stock in line with Retailer and Brand requirements Maintain a safe working environment Essential requirements Ability to achieve manufacturer targets The ability to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with drive and enthusiasm Focus on achieving goals and the ability to demonstrate high achievements Experience within a similar role Committed to customer and process excellence If you are interested in this role then please send your CV to or call Chris Highfield for a chat.
