Job Title: Project Manager
Reporting to: Senior Building Surveyor

Due to ongoing success and growth, the team is expanding the professional Surveying and Project Management department.
The Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee procurement and delivery of various construction, mechanical, and electrical projects, including:
* New build schemes
* Fire door renewals
* Cladding and window renewals
* New heating and ventilation systems
* Electrical distribution upgrades (power, general and emergency lighting)
* Conduct feasibility studies and condition surveys
* Perform defect analysis and measured surveys
* Write specifications and manage contracts
* Administer projects and act as employer's agent
* Undertake site inspections and chair meetings
* Provide progress reports, including financial monitoring statements
* Support and mentor surveyors aiming for MRICS qualification
* Participate in annual bonus scheme and staff social events.
Qualifications and Experience:
* To be successful for this role you will hold an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree (or similar) and have gained experience working within a Surveying consultancy environment. Experience gained working with education projects is preferred. Demonstrable experience within project management and contract administration is essential. You'll be motivated with a positive attitude and enjoy working with others. The role will be based in the office and will include visiting sites.
