Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:
* Teach and encourage student learning in various classroom settings as directed by the Head Teacher, often with short notice.
* Demonstrate commitment to positive behaviour management and maintain pupil's health and safety during school activities.
* Attend to administrative and pastoral needs of assigned classes/groups.
* Set challenging yet appropriate tasks, ensuring high levels of student interest and expectations.
* Plan and deliver activities aligned with the National Curriculum, catering to student's needs and abilities.
* Set, mark, record, and return work following school policies.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) qualification.
* Possession of or willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
* Driving ability preferred due to rural locations.
* Minimum availability of 2 days per week.
* Ability to provide two working references.
