Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
2. Define clear marketing objectives, establish KPIs, and manage the budget to achieve business goals.
3. Supervise and manage marketing team members.
4. Set performance targets, foster interdepartmental collaboration, and maintain high team morale.
5. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
6. Oversee product or service launches, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
7. Drive traffic and conversions for the company’s retail website through SEO/SEM, social media, and content strategies.
8. Cultivate and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Finance) to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
10. Communicate with commercial customers to gather feedback, present marketing updates, and align strategies with their needs.
11. Establish KPIs, leverage analytics tools, and regularly assess campaign effectiveness.
12. Compile presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
* Typically 3–5 years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility; prior leadership experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and brand management.
* Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Understanding of Chinese social media platforms (e.g., Little Red Book/Xiaohongshu).
