We are supporting a company based in Central Brighton who is recruiting for an Office Coordinator, paying you up to £28,000 depending one experience. You would ideally start on the 6th January with interviews being held immediately. To be successful you will need to have a valid UK driving license as you will be required to drive a company car on occasions. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 4pm.
Duties will include:
Liaising with external contacts to assist with queries, quotes and invoices and overseeing works
Manage maintenance requests
Arranging inventories
Assisting with all office, work and administration coordinationThis is a busy role in a fast-paced industry that will utilise your organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. You must be results driven to proactively see maintenance works through from initial enquiry through to completion.
This role does not include parking as it is based in Central Brighton close to transport routes. To be considered you must have a minimum of 2 years administration and coordination experience with a friendly and professional approach to customers.
