Job Purpose You will help the company to deliver a high-quality service experience by providing superior levels of support to our customers and our network of Dulux Decorator Centre store colleagues across a wide variety of operational, commercial and sales related activities via multiple contact channels (phone, email, live chat). This could include; assisting a customer with our website, escalating an IT issue, and much more. Job Responsibilities Take ownership of customer/store requests/queries. Ensure timely resolution/action in-line with agreed service. levels & providing timely resolution to the originator. Liaise with stakeholders to deliver on customers expectations. Identify opportunities for an improved first time / self-serve solution. Update & maintain records. Promote our products & services to maximise sales. Job Requirements GCSEs in Maths & English or equivalent - Grade C or above / Equivalent NVQ. Experience in a customer service telephone-based environment.
