Role Responsibilities
* Managing a varied portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
* Delivering expert financial advice and services, including accounts preparation, tax planning, and business advisory
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their work
* Overseeing the preparation and review of accounts, tax returns, and financial statements
* Collaborating with partners and other departments to deliver a seamless client service
* Actively participating in business development activities to grow the firm’s client base

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid background in managing client accounts
* Strong experience working in an accountancy practice, particularly with small to medium-sized businesses
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members
* Proven experience delivering advisory services, with a proactive approach to solving client problems
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
* Strong IT skills, particularly with accountancy software packages
