You will be responsible for developing and executing the UK trading strategy to drive performance and achieve forecasted sales and profit targets, whilst working effectively with stock control teams to manage the online lifecycle of products. Additional responsibilities include: Lead onsite commercial decisions in line with the trading plan with the objective of driving commercial success Plan and lead the product range offers and promotions in collaboration with commercial and promotional planning teams Work closely with NPI and Central Data Team to ensure that the website is merchandising in line with the brand. Oversee the management and continuously improvement of website merchandising including, product rankings, cross sell/upsell/onsite search Work closely with the digital marketing manager & CRM manager to maximise digital channel potential through paid media & CRM experiences. Work closely with the E-commerce manager to improve onsite experience through user journeys and/or ecommerce functionality. Ownership of localisation strategies for the specific region Budget management to ensure that annual targets are set & strategies put in place to deliver on the financial targets Manage the monthly/annual sales and business reports providing detailed analysis on key business metrics including site performance, conversion rates, sales by product and all digital channels. Manage the P&L for the dedicated region to ensure website drives profitability To be considered for this role, you must: Have a minimum of 4 years eCommerce experience in similar role Possess proven analytical and problem solving skills Have strong commercial acumen and financial competence Have experience using Google Analytics (or similar web analytics) to identify trends and take appropriate actions Have an understanding of SEO, and the impact of actions on search visibility
