Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40
Breaks: 1 x 30-minute break, 2 x 15-minute breaks
Pay Range: Starting at £11.49/hour (£23,899.20 equivalent)
Shift Pattern – Why You’ll Love It!
We know the importance of work-life balance. That's why our shift pattern has been designed to give you plenty of time off while still offering competitive earnings.
12-hour shifts (days and nights), no weekends (except for one Sunday evening shift every 3 weeks)
Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday, 18:00 - 06:00 (3 nights, 5 days off)
Week 2: Monday to Tuesday, 06:00 - 18:00 & Wednesday to Thursday, 18:00 - 06:00 (2 days, 2 nights, 5 days off)
Week 3: Wednesday to Friday, 06:00 - 18:00 (1 day off, then repeat Week 1)
This pattern offers you fewer working days, longer breaks between shifts, and more time to focus on your personal life and interests!
Responsibilities
* Support Machine Operators by packing bagged products into boxes.
* Complete essential quality checks.
* Perform manual handling tasks including picking, packing, and other production duties.
* Work independently while receiving support from your Team Leader.
Receive training in Level 2 Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, and various other certifications in your first few weeks.
Qualifications
We're in search of committed team players. While prior experience in a food or similar factory environment is beneficial, we encourage discussions with all candidates eager to be part of the Humdinger team.
