Job Description
17. Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
18. Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
19. Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
20. The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
21. Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
22. Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
23. Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
24. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
25. Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
Qualifications
26. Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person.
27. Great work ethic and an even greater smile.
28. Good listening & verbal communication skills

35. Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
36. Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
