First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Income Collection Team for a period of 12 months. You will focus on ensuring strong revenue collection for the organization while delivering exceptional customer service when you join our team.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate has experience in:
1. Working in an income collection/debt management/finance environment.
2. Gathering information and interpreting complex issues (e.g., legislation, case law).
3. Working in a fast-paced, busy, front-line customer service environment.
4. Understanding the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrating this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably.
5. Knowledge of benefits, universal credit, housing benefit.
