Permanent - Full Time Role
Benchmark salary for this role is: £46,350

The Apprenticeships Operational Coordinator role involves working a flexible hybrid working pattern. This will consist of working from home, head office (Peterborough) or the nearest NCC location based at Bircham Newton, Erith or Inchinnan. The expectation will be a minimum of one day in the a office per fortnight with additional travel to external sites and parties as required.

Knowledge and experience essential for the role
Good standard of general education
Project management qualification
Experience of project management disciplines and co-ordinating projects, including financial resources
Effective relationship builder
Proven ability to gather, collate and interrogate complex and large volume data and present it in an easy to understand format
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work and manage time under pressure
Proven experience of using Microsoft Office Applications
Intermediate level of problem solving required
Knowledge and experience desirable for the role
Experience of performance reporting and continuous improvement
Experience in audit and compliance activity and reporting
Experience of budgetary management and control
Influencing skills
Ability to identify potential issues and accurately articulate to line manager
Special Conditions/Other Requirements:
Able to work non-standard hours as required
Ability to work confidentially without supervision
Ability to travel across Great Britain and make occasional overnight stays
Full Driving Licence
