Are you a skilled and reliable Handyperson ? HMS are looking for a proactive individual to provide high-quality facilities maintenance and cleaning services across domestic and commercial locations. This role is based in various locations across the north west, including our 3 heartlands - Liverpool, Warrington and St Helens. A work van and fuel card will be provided. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance, cleaning and repair tasks. Identify and report any major repair needs. Use IT systems for work orders and material management. Ensure fire doors, emergency exits, and alarms are in working order. Follow a job schedule while being flexible for urgent tasks. Skills & Experience: Experience of Cleaning, Caretaking or Facilities maintenance.
