EHCP Casework Officer needed in Oldbury Paying £30 per hr ref 450155 Full time hours on a temporary basis We are seeking dedicated and experienced EHCP Casework Officers (SEND) to join the team. While the role primarily involves remote work, there will be a need to attend limited face-to-face meetings. This opportunity has arisen due to a restructure of funding and resources into the EHCP statutory side, with a potential chance of extension, subject to confirmation. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND. Coordinate person-centred, outcome-focused EHC needs assessments and reviews. Develop clear, concise, and accessible EHC Plans. Ensure statutory compliance with national legislation and local policy. Provide advice and guidance to schools and settings. Conduct annual reviews and amend EHC Plans within statutory timescales. Promote positive working relationships with parents, schools, and practitioners.
