1. SEN Teacher - Barking and Dagenham
Teaching Personnel's PWR team are looking for an outstanding SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive special school in Barking and Dagenham. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September, and would be suitable for an experienced SEN Teacher with a passion for special education needs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of students with a range of special educational needs, and will be committed to providing them with the best possible education. You will work closely with the SENCO to implement the school's SEN strategy, and will play a key role in ensuring that all students achieve their full potential. This role is on the Inner London Pay Scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students with a range of SEN
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support
* Work collaboratively with other members of the SEN team
* Contribute to the development of the school's SEN provision
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment for all students
