Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
3. Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
4. Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
5. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
6. Providing support to the finance team and wider business
7. Handling and resolving finance-related queries
8. Participating in the month-end accounting process
9. Assisting in the implementation of finance systems and processes
10. Maintaining confidentiality of organisational information
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. Experience in a similar finance role
12. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
13. An understanding of financial regulations and legislation
14. Exceptional communication and organisational skills
15. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
