Job summary There is an exciting opportunity within Swansea Bay Virtual Ward Team for the right candidates. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic administrators HCSW's with a Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant subject. We havea Band 3 Community Administrator position positioned in the Upper Valley cluster. The successful candidate will have access to ongoing support and a structured, robust induction and training package in order to develop into role. Applicants to have excellent communication skills and have a flexible and adaptable approach to Community working Main duties of the job The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service. This includes; providing administrative support to the team, arranging meetings, coordinating information, preparation of agendas, minute taking, data entry, generation of daily work list for administration staff and regular routine audits. The post holder will communicate and liaise with staff and members of partner organisations, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with Health Board policies. This is a key supporting role in the effective running of the team, which includes the management of resources as part of the core duties.
