As a Food Hall Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and turnover of the food hall department, which includes supplying great local and regional produce. You will be expected to merchandise and create displays to increase sales. Additionally, you will lead a team of staff to ensure the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly and be involved with suppliers and the buying side of the business.
