As a Sales Team Leader, you will contribute to the growth and management of accounts by upselling products, encouraging your team to adopt effective methods for revenue increase. You will monitor KPIs and ensure the team meets and exceeds these targets through management, training, performance reviews, and one-on-ones. Additionally, you will provide the Sales Manager with insights and reports on the current account base, expenditure, and KPIs, while taking control of the full sales function to implement efficient ways of working and motivate the team towards targets.
To be successful in the role of Sales Team Leader, you will need experience in the healthcare, NHS, or medical devices industry. You should be a sales professional with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets, with account management and business development experience. Ideally, you will have managed a team in the past and possess a personable, determined, and understanding approach, recognizing that team members may be at various levels in their careers. You should be confident and driven to progress within the organisation.
