Internal Sales Executive
Do you have a passion for luxury interiors and experience selling a luxury interior product to architects, interior designers, housing developers, and contractors?
Due to our continued success and growth, we require an experienced sales professional with a successful sales track record of achievement who understands the high-end/luxury market and can forge strong relationships with interior designers, architects, housing developers, contractors, and end users for high-end residential and hospitality projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the project pipeline, up-selling, and attracting customers to the showroom.
2. Develop and follow up leads continuously.
3. Conduct client visits as part of the role.
4. Generate additional sales opportunities within your allocated client base including cross-selling and upselling of additional products.
5. Maintain all client data systems in real time to ensure accurate records and subsequent reporting and forecasting.
6. Provide exemplary customer service, presenting a professional company image at all times.
7. Build relationships with interior designers, architects, house builders, contractors, etc., throughout the high-end residential sector and hospitality.
8. Process all quotes and orders accurately and in a timely manner for all clients.
9. Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements and maintain relationships.

Salary:
An excellent basic salary along with a 20% annual bonus. The working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with 23 days of holidays plus bank holidays, and a contribution pension scheme.
