Job Description About the Role: Before you begin your new role with us, you will be carefully matched with your client, we will let you know all about them and then accompany you to their home to introduce you properly. You will then enjoy regular visits for 2-4 nights a week on set days, depending on your availability. Each shift will be a ‘Waking Night’, usually starting at 10pm and finishing at 8am. This may slightly vary due to your client’s preference, but once confirmed, this will stay consistent, providing you with consistency and job stability. During your shift, you may be required to help with the following: Providing reassurance to your client Providing refreshments if requested Assisting your client to the bathroom Helping with personal care We do request that families provide a comfy chair or a sofa to allow you time to rest while your client is sleeping. If at any point throughout the night you have any questions or concerns, you will have full-access to a 24/7 office helpline, where a member of our on-call team can assist you.
