As per Job Description To work collaboratively with key partner organisations, clients, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the Multi-Disciplinary Team to support in the delivery of high quality interventions and outcomes, particularly those related to the NCAP standards. Overall responsibility to support the team leads and team manager with managing key performance indicators, supporting with flow and capacity and ensuring the submission of monthly performance reports and associated data. Undertake and maintain oversight of relevant quality improvement work or other projects including those related to increasing lived experience involvement where possible. To support the team leads with the maintenance of Health Roster, staff rotas, planners and associated requests. To support the team leads with the induction of new staff members and students, including the provision of Mobius and other system training and ordering of remote working equipment. Maintain staff training records for the service and ensure they are kept up to date. To take minutes for MDT and business meetings as required and manage the MDT case presentation rota, referrals and caseload sheets and data. As required, to take minutes of complex strategic/professionals meetings.
