About The Role
Intercity Technology is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team.In this role, youll play a key part in optimising sales and marketing operations, ensuring alignment with delivery teams, and driving revenue generation.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the sales teams usage of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and adoption across teams.
* Collating requirements for and distribute dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
* Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other business functions to streamline workflows and align processes with revenue goals.
* Monitoring and analysing key sales and marketing metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Assisting in designing and implementing scalable processes to enhance lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure rates.
* Ensuring cross-departmental alignment on revenue operations initiatives through effective communication and documentation.
* Working with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve process or system issues, minimising disruptions to sales and marketing operations.
* Maintaining compliance with company policies and data protection standards in all revenue operations activities.
