Job Title: English Tutor with SEN Experience Location: South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored English tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student learning Required Qualifications: Experience working as an English tutor Demonstrated expertise in teaching students with SEN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in English or related field Experience: Prior experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN principles and best practises Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments Excellent English language proficiency Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Additional certifications in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a classroom or tutoring setting Collaboration with students, parents, and educational professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
