Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications. Understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with SharePoint administration and content management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
