The Ideal Candidate:
Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Qualifications: Social work degree and Social Work England (SWE) registration.
2. Knowledge Base: Familiarity with key legislation (Children’s Act, Working Together, Adoption Act, Every Child Matters).
3. Full Throttle: Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
4. Mentoring Magic: Experience mentoring others.
5. Innovator: Proven ability to improve outcomes creatively, keeping children and young people safe within their families.
