Business Support, Saxmundham Hub
£12 per hour (Real Living Wage!)
18.5 hours permanent position
We are looking for a Business Support to provide admin support to our Management Team and Support Workers. The position is varied and includes finance responsibilities, such as invoicing and payroll, keeping day plans and rotas up to date, ordering stationary, processing annual leave, answering the telephone and dealing with queries and other tasks delegated by the Management team. Most importantly, we are looking for somebody who will liaise with our customers and their families, providing them with a professional and friendly service.
We are looking for someone who is willing to work in our small service on a Monday 8.30 - 3.30 with 1/2 hour lunch break with the remaining hours to be worked flexiabily to meet the needs of the service. The candiate must have knowledge and experience of office and financial procedures inculding Excel, accurate keyboard and note taking skills. Expereince of working in a care setting is desirable but not essessional. Due to the service being small they will be working with a support worker and there will be an expecation to unlock and lock the building and carry out regular health and safety checks and be part of the cleaning rota as we are responsible to ensure the building is kept clean.

Your induction
Leading Lives runs a 3 week induction programme: You will be met on your first day by your buddy and be supported through this.
Start date will be confirmed by the recruitment team further to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks.
