This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and highly experienced UK Sales Team as a Business Sales Analyst & Tender Support Specialist, supporting the Laboratory Solutions Sales division.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with an ability to manage multiple priorities to join our friendly team in the UK. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently meeting deadlines.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Collaborate with the Agilent sales management team to support the analysis and evaluation of business data & strategy.
* Assist Sales Operations Support team in activities related with other departments, such as Marketing or Inside Sales, and additional project management activities, allowing for cross-divisional collaboration.
* Coordinate and work closely with Sales Account Managers and other stakeholders, such as product specialists and legal team, to develop tender response strategies and meet key tender framework criteria.
* Create and submit comprehensive bid packages by working with key collaborators, adhering to tender deadlines and aligning with Agilent’s sales strategy and goals.
* Conduct won/lost and scoring feedback analyses to identify standard methodologies to win future bids.
* Investigate funding allocations from key funding bodies and collaborate with our academic customers to assist with grant applications and letter of support.
* Support with contract management as well as asset oversight including management of the physical inventory and tracking instrument usage & sales status. Also ensure recovery of instruments upon contract expiration.
* Manage contracts with external service providers.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
* University degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or Business Administration.
* Good proficiency with Microsoft Office, and especially Excel and Powerpoint.
* Data driven with a key eye for detail.
* Full fluency in English.

You show a real can-do attitude, curiosity and a real eagerness to learn. Accuracy and attention to detail are also fundamental to be successful in performing all functions of this role.
