You will manage and support a caseload that includes landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement issues, property contract disputes, and other contentious property matters. Key Responsibilities Manage Property Litigation Cases : Assist in handling a full range of property disputes, from landlord and tenant matters to complex boundary and easement cases. Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct comprehensive legal research, preparing detailed case assessments and advising clients on potential outcomes and strategies. Document Drafting and Court Filings : Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and other key litigation documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements. Case Preparation and Strategy : Support the team with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and settlements, while contributing to strategic decision-making.
