We’re seeking a motivated professional with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You’ll have experience in administrative roles, preferably in the NHS or mental health services, and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Interviews will be conducted in a face to face setting.
As a key member of the Campbell Centreadministration team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of administrative support. We are looking for adynamic, organised, and IT-proficient individualwho thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a positive impact.
In this role, you’ll take a lead in coordinating and preparing agendas for meetings, ensuring timely distribution of documentation, accurate minute-taking, and effective follow-up on action plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organising critical documentation, supporting training processes and day to day management of staff rosters. • RSA Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent administrative/secretarial qualification or experience.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in minute-taking and preparing detailed reports.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and information governance in the workplace.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in mental health services or NHS settings.
• Familiarity with HealthRoster and SystmOne systems.
• Understanding of medical terminology and electronic patient record systems.
