Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat 13:00-21:00
Week 2:
Sun 10:00-18:00
Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 13:00-21:00
Note: Due to the nature of this role, which includes operating machinery and manual handling, we cannot accept applications for anyone under the age of 18.
This role is temporary.
Purpose:
* To deliver a great shopping experience for customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
* Champion new ways of working within stores through an open mindset and positive attitude.
* Complete tasks and processes that deliver ‘best in town’ standards.
* Serve and sell across all channels effectively.
* Be the voice of the customer to help us continually improve.
Key Accountabilities:
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation, availability, and cleanliness.
* Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively.
* Share feedback to improve service and operations.
* Support colleagues in building skills and confidence.
* Own learning and development by accessing digital resources.
* Know daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Possess great product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
* Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs.
* Understand store priorities and contribute to them.
* Complete tasks efficiently and in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Minimize costs and waste through good practices.
* Follow safe and legal working practices.

* Up-to-date knowledge of commercial operations.
* Good digital capability and use of digital tools.
* Understand customer needs and identify selling opportunities.
* Adapt to change effectively.
* Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
